You know, Fluff, my MIL ate that breakfast every day.
She scoffed at margarine, and laughed at those who said bacon (rashers?) and eggs were bad for you.
She lived to be 96 years old.

This Friday is Good Friday- I thought you might be off from work- my kids have off from school.
Cinders- Yup- nothing wrong with that breakfast at all- it's the donuts, and pancakes for breakfast that are bad for you....
