        Yes indeedy we did! I had taken food with me - I take food everywhere - I always worry about not having food with me, and had taken Marmite sarnies - and shared them with Fen, who had been to New Zealand so had had Marmite before and liked it!!

            Yes, but V-e-r-y thinly the first time !!! VERY thinly! In UK we put butter on the bread first. Um - if you have a World Market around you, they have it. And I mean REALLY thinly. Until you get accustomed to the taste then you just slather it on like me! LOL

                        Marmite is a sort of acquired taste. If you are starting using it in mid life, as opposed to as a baby, then it will sort of taste.....different. Just spread it v-e-r-y thinly ! That's all I can say really!!
