Hi everybody,
Beth, my heart goes out to you, your sister and your neices...it must be heartbreaking for everyone.

I've been MIA...last day at work, so I've been a lunatic..just too much. I used to be able to 'multi-task' with the best of 'em, but heck..i think it's highly over-rated and I'm rejecting it as I'm getting older..anyway, I have two hours left of this job and then my life will change forever. Yesterday was so stressful that I did think about drinking..but I didn't!!!! It will be 4 weeks AF next Monday.

Today has been nice..I will miss everyone here..the boss took me to lunch, a co-worker brought a divine cake and another a lovely gift..It's been a nice job that I've been grateful to have...just time to move on..

Oh, and this morning I went to my grandson's graduation..5th grade..he'll be going to 6th grade middle school now. :0)

Hugs to all that need them, cheers for those who need them..and a painter's helper for Lushy, and Namaste, to everyone else!

You guys are truly amazing. :h First off, Mary, you are always so wonderful, and I am so in my own world, i didn't even realize you have been going through all this with your own parents, I am so sorry, and so selfish. I am glad for the moment all is ok.

Accountable...are u kidding? No offense taken at all. You are so sweet, and you are so right. That is just the point. We have to appreciate what we have, we forget that. In all of this with my niece I learn to recognize that in my own children.

And Betty, you too, we have to remember to see humor in life. Your opening message lightened me just as I needed. I knew mine was a downer, but needed to vent, and you all came through for me. That is what is amazing about this place...really amazing. I thank you all. I know you can't "do" anything for me, but you have done so much for me today just by your few posts you have no idea. It is just such a hard time, it is just so nice to have people CARE...period. So thanks.

Hi everybody. Just another quik note...

Beth sending prayers to your niece, so sorry to hear about the news.

Just came from Grandmas 99th Birthday party. I asked her if she'd ever been in a plane before, she said yes but she didn't put all of her weight down! I thought that was pretty funny. She's still pretty quik wittted.

ok I heard from my sister

Lindsay had the procedure on her lungs...didn't go as well as planned...she had to stay overnight at the hospital. apparently she had enough fluid in her lungs that when they removed the fluid, her breathing is very shallow, and she needs to breathe more heavely to get more oxygen in her system, so... they are keeping her overnight...

well, life could be better in my little world. Thank God my kids are great. Can't say I am in a good place with my dirty habits, but also won't blame it on this...just an easy excuse...
