Ducky, we were separated at birth.

I also want to loose about 20 lbs. I do exercise almost daily (right now my shins hurt from running, I just got a new pair of saucony's and hope that will help) I too have hypothyroidism! I was just put on synthroid instead of armour.....I just can't believe how much we have in common!

Waves, that avatar is just not you. I don't picture Grandma when I think of you!

OMG I have the TV on in the back round and just heard that someone's feet were severed off on a ride at six flags Kentucky Kingdom......I took my family there summer before last!

It's Friday, weekends are always tough for me. We are going to my friends house for a cookout tonight.

Good luck with the cookout! We do have a lot in common! The more we do mods the more likely that 20 lbs will go away, right? The thyroid makes it much harder though...

Good Morning June Modders,

Cookout was really nice last night. We set off some fireworks and had some good food....it was a really nice night.

I could have gotten along just fine without the last drink.......maybe I wouldn't have a headache this morning

AF means Alcohol Free.

Welcome to the site. This is a mods thread.
Mods means drinking in moderation rather than continuing till we drop.

We do however try to have some AF days too.

yesterday I had a visit from a couple of friends aho I haven't seen for about 12 years. They just turned up at the door out of the blue.

During the conversation the wife said that she hadn't had an alcoholic drink for 6 years. She added that it is much easier to stop completely than to drink a little. it sounded just like she had had the problems that we have/had. She was very open and then asked about me????

I thought I had only had this problem for the last 8 years???????

Makes me think.
