30 days moderation in June
Waves, that is just great! And it's only July!
Although I was AF last night I was thinking about it. Thinking maybe if we get home early enough I will have a glass of wine or port. Fortunately we got home very late, too late for even me to want to start.
I still want to weave some AF days in but think I will be mods tonight after one glass on Fri and af yesterday.
The heat index is supposed to be 105 today. Yikes.
