Hi everyone, we are supposed to have nice weather this weekend but right now the wind could blow you down it is really gusty. I also have not had to add one bit of water to my garden either it rains everyday lately. Hope you all have ideal conditions for this weekend.

Fun Filled Friday

Good morning all. This is week 1 of moderating for me, a very busy week and I haven't had time to listen to the hypno tapes which were so much help during abstintence last month. A little bit of weight gain, plus wanting more carbs than ususal, and too pooped to fix anything healthy! So thinking about going abs again - it's simpler - I am overthinking every drink and breaking little rules in my plan (haven't gotten drunk yet, but it's been only a week!) so I'll try AF tonight. My "workweek" starts on Friday or Saturday, so not much social going on anyway!

I love that message from the Universe MKR...

I had one of the most beautiful days of my life yesterday with a very old friend who lives in Egypt and a new friend from India who lives in DC. I took the train to Washington, DC and roamed around the galleries with my two friends.

Oh -- absolutely no thoughts or cravings of drinking the entire very, very long day..how about that...

I'm having a nice quiet morning here.. spent some time out with the roses & jasmine... getting ready to go catch a bit of sun & finish a book I've been reading before I head to town...
It's my Monday...Whaaa! Gonna be a lonnnnggg one. PMS, and a 9 or 10 hr day! But it'll probably go fast, as it's starting to get busy around here.
