i ll say u r becoming an insomniac, !!!! i never went bed til 3, oh but i did fall asleep b4 then!!! congratulations, u have an enormas amount of will power 4 a wee person!!!! 16 days wow, an wiv no meds, im well impressed, just a thought with the money u saved not drinkin maybe u could pay a man!! not for that those with a filthy mind, to paint the high ceilings, if u can mannage the rest it shouldnt b to costly, ,, hope u remain "spreadover free" xxxxxxxxxx

forgot didnt it hammer down yesterday, we got it again today i think, and the dragon lady wase nt so bad, man can she talk tho, !!!! i thought i was bad for verbal diarrea!!!!!!!!!!!

Rachel, "pay a man" did make me laugh!!!! lol Aye, was thinking I might manage to pay someone to at least do the ceilings, but at least I know the rudiments of painting and papering, so I`ll make a start myself and see how well I cope and if too much for me I`ll pay for some help.

Good going that the Dragon Lady is a blether...........just think, the more she gabs, the less time you`ll have to clean..........nice one!!! ha ha ha

Hi, everyone!

Starlight Impress, thanks so much for remembering me. I haven't slept in about three nights. Finally, at four a.m., I poured myself half a glass of not very good cab and it is quickly lulling me. Does this medicinal drinking mean I have fallen off the mods' bus? I hope not! I have zero desire for any more.

eustasia,, have u tried any natural sleeping aids, or cannabis!! u can get some thing in england called nytol, im not sure where ur mulberry bush is!!!! scrub that cannabis prob not good idea, but sure there must b something better than wine,, starlight glad i madr u laugh, i am to soft , i sat 4 half hr while she was talking an i never charged her!! xxxx

Rachel, got a laugh for you. I used to clean private houses a few yrs back and I really needed the money in those days. Went out to clean a woman`s conservatory one day(was off her kitchen), only woman hadn`t told me that I had to put the latch up on conservatory door, otherwise I`d get locked out there. You guessed it...............I got bloody well locked out there `til woman came home-it was then almost my finishing time. Well, had already made a list for Safeway that my wages were to pay for, and I really needed everything on that list. Anyway, woman returns and suggests paying me half wages since I hadn`t got any work done(bear in mind, was her fault as she hadn`t told me to put latch up).

Well, if looks could kill !!!!!!!! Needless to say on spying my evil eye she paid me my wages in full. Best laugh was, I had time of my life locked out in conservatory with a pile of her glossy mags. and my ciggies in my overall pocket!!!!! lol

lol, that prob wasnt best suggestion i ve ever had, prob not worst, might b an idea to check out if u can get anything from chemist, if insomnia is what makes u cave in, sort the sleep, cos u will prob feel bad when u do finally go sleep an when u wake up u may curse yourself, im not judgeing, belive me im in no position to judge, REALLY i been awfull, an i know part of that was cos i couldnt sleep, i have not even been AF free yet so im not judging at all, i just reduced an couldnt sleep so know what it feels lke, i had a bf who detoxed of various drugs , it took months to have his first night of natural sleep, it s a different kind of sleep than we r used to, it s cos u r tired not cos u r passing out, hopefully u will have sweet dreams soon, jus 1 thing if u fall asleep, try not to sleep to much during the day or u will screw up your body clock completly, u will end up hanging upside down under your mulberry bush with the bats all day, an stayin up all night,!!!!!! im really not funny !!
