Hey, I belong here! I've been moderating since June 1st. Most days AF, but I mod about once/week when I go out. I am definitely working on a Drunk Free July already. Actually, my goal is slightly different... hangover free. I am finding that now that I've cut out most alcohol, I get hungover pretty easily when I do drink. So, even if I don't get 'drunk' anymore, I got hungover once last month and I really hated it. Funny because I used to be hungover almost all the time and it didn't really bother me. But, now that its not my norm anymore, I hate it.

Anyway, so I've been doing really well this month. I've only had one beer on 7/3 and two glasses of wine last night, 7/12. But, I've got a big challenge coming up. Next Friday my mom's group is doing a Mom's Night Out w/a big limo bus (w/stripper pole and all). It will surely be a night full of good times and laughs. I know I can have fun without overdrinking, but I just need to make sure I don't fall into bad habits and keep drinking just cause its there.

Morning everyone,
Yes, it's raining here again !

Had a good weekend, went for "drinks" at the house we're moving into to meet the neighbours. Was very good, made a tiny glass of wine last hours, thought, "don't want the new neighbours to get the wrong (right) impression before we even get here!"

Have capitulated on the removals - Mr P insists we have to do it ourselves, as it's about .25 of a mile up the road ....we've had quotes for >?1000....he's right I guess so I've started packing and we'll get a man with a van for a fraction of the cost.
