Vietnam? Wow, this really is a global endeavor! Thanks for the kind words. I did read RJ's book the first time I tried the program, but I think I should read it again. I still have most of the Topamax I bought before and took my first 25 mg yesterday along with the supps. I also need to put all the pill times into my e-calendar, as I tend to forget most of the time. MIght have to invest in one of those pillboxes with alarms...
