Hi All,
Thanks for all the encouragement and great replies. I have had hypnosis and thought I was going to stop drinking altogether. I really wanted to be able to control it and have 1-2 at the most!!!
Well that is what has happened. I can't have any more than 2. It is great. I feel wonderful,2 weeks tomorrow and I have not had 1 horrible morning since. I honestly feel that I couldn't physically get drunk again.
I was a bit sceptical of this and really went with my friend to give her moral support as she was giving up smoking. She hasn't had a smoke since either!!!.

Hi, Great to hear that its working for you. I was wondering did you have a private session or have you used the tapes?
I listened to a small part of his cds and his voice is irratating, or is that just me.!
When i have time i will post my story, just seem to be to busy with work at the moment.
