me too, i think you are amazing and strong Bridget, wish i could do it without the meds as i feel i'll be swapping 1 addiction for another. I did stop for a year once and know I can do it again.
I can't seem to cook without opening a bottle of wine!!!!!
Your post has given me hope, inspiration and determination to kick this habit forever.

Today I will make an oath to myself that I will live a life free of alcohol. I will not try to fool myself into thinking I can drink moderately (because I can't).
