Just one sentence on how good it is being AF. I am going to wright a sentence every day on what is so good being sober. This might help me and others just to read all the great feelings we dont have drinking and drinking then being hungover.

I am on day 2 AF today and my first good feeling is just the fact I have made day 1 AF I'm proud of myself and I have a smile on my face this morning not a headache.

Today is day 3 for me AF and in one sentence there are 3 things I want to tell myself and everyone else what is soooo good being AF. I remember what I ate for dinner last night, I remember what I whatced on TV without having to look on the TV guide to jolt my memory aggggg, and smelling my fresh sheets that I washed yesterday when I woke up mmmmmm
