So many of us have lived the withdrawal hell you are living through - listen to what advice is offered :-)
THe first few days SUCK and get progressively less worse......not GREAT - not even remotely quickly. You will get better and it will take time. When you finally get something like 5 days Alcohol free, and sleep the best sleep you have had in years, you try to convince yourself that this will stick!
(Then you may slip, have a drink, curse yourself, and come to here to talk about it ...:-) )
