It sounds like you have some good goals for the New Year; you can actually get the book right from the MWO website, just click on "Companion Products" tab above and it can be downloaded.
Making changes isn't all that difficult, making LASTING changes can be. You'll find lots of good information and support here, I think. Best of luck.
