    Starting over....again

Hey tylyr, dont feel like a failure, thats a sure way of keeping you low. For me, I made the decision to quit and then dealt with the feelings as I went along. So in a way the choice to drink was taken away from me. I take lglutamine and kudzu to help with the cravings. They really do help. Yes, the early days are difficult but they arent impossible at all. I think the first month was the hardest. Then after that you have to be careful not to become complacent in your attitude.
Coming here and reading and posting daily keeps me focused. Thats why I have so many posts, I need this place :-)

Thanks so much for the answer. I feel better already. You made the decision to quit, then, dealt with... I need to think about it. I've made the decision to quit - fine. As the cravings come along I just HAVE TO COPE with them. Is that it? It all seems too simple - yet I know in my heart of hearts that I'm in control of what goes I eat and drink - then why give in to it? Oh dear - here we go again. I really need to do this. Thanks for your support. GYCO - I've been on the website, it's good Tylyr
