Nice to see you back AD. How are you doing? I recently started on the Kudzu and it is really helping to take the cravings away. I use the LGlutamine too. Great stuff.

Hello, Asahi. Just read thru all your posts. Right now, tho I've been AF almost 9 months, my doc is wanting to give me vitamin injections daily. That's too disruptive to my life, so I'm eating certain foods and taking the vitamins by mouth daily. If this doesn't work, I'll have to learn to give myself injections. I'm glad to see your staying here, and your obviously trying to live healthier. Your children deserve that. I hope to see you venture out to other questions on the board, too!

Sounds like you had a rough weekend.

                          8 Cans of Beer.

                          AsahiDry:

When I first started the MWO process, I had a hell of a time sleeping. I had been drinking Budweisers till I just rolled into bed with a full beer on my nightstand and the TV blaring for company. If for some reason I woke up, usually to pee, I would finish the beer, change the TV channel and pass out again. At 6 am I would wake and do it all over again. Since my last adult beverage, I went about 6 days before the supplemental diet support arrived. Those six nights were sleepless, but sober. The supp's have helped me dramatically with my sleeping. No more TV, no more waking in the night to pee...etc.etc.

I think one thing that is creeping away is the guilt that was haunting me on those 6 sleepless sober nights. Another huge help is the MWO CD package. For me it drops me like a rock. Just a couple of thoughts you might entertain.

All my best and keep posting and reading, congratulations on your decision and best wishes for the future.
