    Who I am!

Dee Bee, bravo to you!!!! Amazing how you have turned into a moderate drinker after such heavy use before. Gives me hope that it can be done.
Glad to see that you have your life back and you are truly blessed with such a wonderful husband.

      Who I am!

Thankyou Dee Bee for sharing your amazing journey. I am only new and you have inspired me. In fact alot of your story was about me. I would love to be able to share my story one day.

I can happily say that I have had my first AF day in years. All because of all the lovely people on this MWO! I am so proud of myself ! I didn't think I could do it, but I just kept going to this site and reading.
As you all say - one day at a time!

I'm going to bed with a smile on my face. Goodnight friends! x

            Who I am!

What a GREAT account of your journey Deebee!! I've just read that nodding my head the whole way through, I can't believe the how much I identify with it. Only on day 4 and know the journey is going to be a long one - but at least its started. I'm also lucky I have a loving partner who is prepared to stand by me - because he believes I can do it..... that in itself means the world. I have alot of bridges to rebuild and challanges to face.....but instead of of feeling scared I now feel positive and hopefull Thank you again for your inspirational story x

              Who I am!

Welcome to MWO Nics! Congrats on Day 4 (or is it 6 now?)
It does make the journey easier having our partners support us.
Gaining my husbands trust back has been very important to me. I love him giving me a kiss goodbye when I head out to book club knowing that he's know worried about me writing off the car, or worse, myself.
