you're not silly - I am in the same boat except that I have progressed to two bottles. Every night I say I am not going to drink and every night I do. The easiest thing to do would be to stop buying it but that would mean admitting I have a problem. Sounds like I am the stupid one don't you think. Perhaps we could suport each other. Good luck!

First of all Congratulations for being here. I can only echo what has been said before me, keep reading and posting, no judgment here, only love, encouragement and support. It's bloomin hard I know but not impossible - believe me, you could be echoing my story at times. But being here and opening up your mind to everyone's advice and support will be a true and invaluable help. Remember the saying "There but for the grace of God go I" at least I think that's the way it goes, which means, everyone here has been there, is there, done that or is doing that - but the problem although sounding insurmountable is not - take each day as it comes, don't beat yourself up if you don't at first succeed, just keep trying.
