    Putting my toes in the water- for now

    Not really sure what to write, but I am drinking too much. This is a concern to me so I figure then I have a problem. Instead of enjoying it I use it as an out to solve my problems and rewards.:new: Not really sure what I am doing??????:h

    :welcome: you have found a great place here for advice and support. read lots of posts here, you will see you are not alone in the way you feel. drinkng doesnt solve problems.. in fact it usually causes more so you are doing the right thing in being here
    Today is the tomorrow i worried about yesterday and it turned out fine

        Welcome to mywayout.read as many threads and posts as you can.you yourself know wheather you are drinking to much or if its rulning your life.you are not alone & we all hope you stick around.

              Thanks for your replies and support. How do I edit my profile I have a picture of a pohutakawa tree. They are a native tree to New Zealand, well at least that's what I think. I'm not sure if any other country has them.
              Tonight I will write a plan of how I propose to cut down on al. :thanks:
