I've been a problem drinker for several years, but never had severe withdrawals until now. I had a siezure a few weeks ago, went to hospital, but was discharged as healhy after some monitoring and stopped drinking for a month.
I don't think what I'm feeling today is pure withdrawal but also shakiness for only 'eating' beer all weekend, and the woozy effect from the Librium.
I was just wondering what the withdrawals will be like because the prescribed dose of Librium did nothing, so I've had more (about 400mg) but am concerned about finishing it too early and getting a rebound. I believe it has a long half life and my shakes should be over tomorrow.
