    Lost the Plot

    The Journal

    30th September 2010
I decide to begin this thread to journal my progress into an Alcohol Free life, tell my story and share the fictitious adventures and misadventures of Flora-Jane Heath, a semi-auto biography. Have been lying awake since 2am throwing ideas around and thought I might as well get up and begin as not.

    The Story Board

DEDICATED to my Mother, my beautiful daughters and my precious grandchildren. Also to my wonderful spiritual family, without whom I would undoubtedly be dead, and my new and dear MWO family, who are adding another dimention and purpose to my life.
