hi there, ive been a heavy drinker for 20 years, i tried everything apart from rehab(which i couldt afford) i drank daily 2-3 sometimes 4 bottles of wine or cava, then at the age of 46 just about to loose my relationship my son and more of my spirit , i pooted to try hypnosis and after two sessions i havent had a al drink in two weeks, nor do i want one. i know it wouldnt work for all but i had tried detox, including antabuse and drank through it all. good luck all, i will keep you posted on my recovery. just want to loose waight now too! xx
