Inspiring stories, I just made 4 months AF, though I am starting to tell myself it would be ok to have a drink now, think you call it the devil inside !!
Many years ago an old Irish guy offered me a drink like 9.00am and I said 'no thanks too early for me' his reply was -
"ah yer like me then one is too many and Ten is not enough", its taken me this long to understand what he meant, well he may be right !!!!

Congratulations on your success! One of my friends and co-workers just quit drinking after 25 years of hard liquor every day. The sad thing is, he was SO much fun when he was drinking, now he's ALWAYS grumpy! He is absolutely no fun to be around. He's been AF for about three months. I asked him if he felt better physically and he said he couldn't tell. How could that be? How long will his bad mood last?
