Hi there, I'm Janice and I've just found this website. I've sent for the book which I've just got today. Feel as if I need some help and have been thinking of going to the doctors. I've been steadily drinking over the last 3/4 years - it started out with me and my husband enjoying a bottle of wine together - now its a 4litre box which I can easily get through on my own. I'm finding I'm being devious by getting rid of the empty box and replacing it with the full box so it looks as if I haven't touched it. My mum is 78 and is an alcoholic with liver and kidney problems. She doesn't really want to know me or my family any more and has lost all interest in life and doesn't care. She's given up. I don't want to end up like her. I have a lovely family, a lovely husband and two teenage children - they don't deserve this. I need to change. Janice:upset:

I've only been here a short while but it's a great help. Read as many posts as you can there are some really wise people here on these boards and go to your doctor if you can.

So glad you got the book, it's a big eye opener for many of us. Stay close and read as many of the pages on this website as you can too. It's a great place and we're glad you're here. The vitamins and supps help your body get back what it has been missing. I went to my doc and got the Topa, I just needed the extra help, but many people lose the cravings with the Kudzu and L-Glut. It is whatever you want to do for yourself. Again, welcome to the family!!!!
