I shouldn't say no white knuckling, the first month was still a bit tough. But I got 2 years sober the other day which there is no way I thought there was any way to not drink my entire life but now I hardly ever think about it. My maintenance is 120 mg / day. It's weird how baclofen makes even the smell of beer seem disgusting. I can go to bars to watch the game willy-nilly without feeling anxious. Actually sat up at the bar a few times without even thinking about it and wasn't drooling over the liquor bottles behind the bar. Baclofen has been the best thing to happen to me. I live in AZ now but originally was prescribed in IA if anyone is curious about getting in touch with those Drs
