    Which song do you do your mad solo grooving to?

    I just had a solo kitchen Dancing session to Groove Armada 'Shakin that Ass', fab for lifting the spirits. I also have a penchant for solo dancing to 'Jump' by Van Halen - takes me smack bang back to being sixteen *sigh* . Anyone else care to share what their solo dancing tracks are? And if you don't do it - you should. B.

    hi Betty dance is good,to native or aboriginal people its part of there culture,spiritual,i to like van halens old lead singer David lee roth,jump, but more so i like his version of just a gigolo, thanks for the thread,keep on shaking those booties gyco

        Thanks Gyco - but do you dance to Mr Roth?? On my way, I LOVE Right Said Fred, I have to acquire that tune now and put it on the workout playlist. Do you really think its just us who do the mad solo dancing?

              Your not allowed to laugh but 9-5 by Dolly Parton gets me grooving like crazy and anything from the dirty dancing album!

                      LOL Betty, everyone shakes it now and then. Some of us look a wee bit funny but who cares!! Dancing is good medicine.
