I was having one of those 'gifts of recovery' moments at the week-end when my daughter stayed with me overnight again. She is only 5 but loves this tune and I was sat watching her whilst she was trying to sing along with the lyrics. I soon became aware of just how poignant the lyrics where in my own journey of self discovery through addiction. I love it when I get these moments when my heart is totally open and I'm actually 'hearing' rather than 'listening'.
