This guy (ivan Klipstein now aka Ivan Okay)'s one of the best pop songwriters since John Lennon or Jonathan Richman imho, it staggers me that he's never had any commercial success. He doesn't even get many views! Please leave comments if you like his stuff. Unfortunately he doesn't have many vids up on Youtube (he seems to keep himself so low-key, it's probably why he's never had any breakthrough):
