Music seems to get me through things and is a great way to chill out to.

I suddenly remembered, after seeing this thread last night flip, that I needed to re-install itunes and re-sync my ipod. I'm off on my travels in a few weeks and I definitely need my ipod as my traveling companion! (THANKS)

There's been quite a progression for me with what I used to listen to and what I listen to now. I am a very melancholic person at times and a lot of the music I listened to in my early days of trying to get sober reflected that.

Rather than find all of the tunes, here's a short video I made that definitely had music in mind when I made it. It's got some of the tracks that have had an impact on me over the last few years of trying to get sober and being in recovery.
