I'm working my way through Changes That Heal by Henry Cloud.
I've read it before but this time I'm doing the work and making notes and journaling as I go.
Bonding issues are a big part of it.
My mom was not happy to have me.....
Hummmmm.......
Can't blame her.....I also had a "surprise" child. Sure hope I didn't do to him what she did to me.....I have forgiven her but it still effects me and the way I feel and think..
I'm a work in progress as everyone is...
