Just finished 'Dancing in a Distant Place' by Isla Dewar. Loved it, tho it did make me cry.

What are you reading today?
I was an avid reader,mostly reading crime,thriller,and good spooky books,but i have decided to change tact,and i am now reading a book called Angels in my hair......lorna byrne, so here goes.:angelgirl:

I just finished "the Help"... love it. A great story about black maids in the South (US) during the early sixties. Being from the north I didn't realize the difference between the south and the north as far as attitudes towards blacks. I didn't want it to end. It's been a long time since I've thought that about any book I've read.
