i forget the authors name....anyway it's an interesting read written from a 5 year old boy's perspective who's never left the 11 by 11 ft room he and his mother are imprisoned in. she was abducted at 19 and raped by her captor, got pregnant and gave birth all in this little world. it goes on about their escape and what happens afterwards. it's a good read.

It's by Emma Donoghue. She's a fabulous writer.

I read this book recently and loved it. She's an Irish writer living in Canada. I want to check out her other books.
