    This doesn't seem to be your usual self help book - it is a 90 day programme that can help with anything that you want to change in your life - I am planning on using it for my smoking and drinking. He explains everything so well and also explains why one often fails in their endeavours to stop said behaviour. I am working my way through it with a journal and hoping this will be My way Out. It seems to be a totally different way of looking at how to change bad habits - worth looking at I think.......
    How simple it is to see that we can only be happy now and there will never be a time when it is not now....
