It's about what the writer calls 'Resistance' and fighting procrastination basically. As a seasoned procrastinator myself, i found it hard to put down.
Excellent read to motivate, especially if you are in the arts in any way. Talks about finding your passion and purpose in life and asks you what are you going to do about it/with it.
It's a couple of years old now, 2004 ish? An easy read, straightforward, and full of good stuff.
