    Eating Drinking and Overthinking...

So far so very good! I'm about a third of the way through it and I'll post a complete review along with author later in the week.

    I've got that book Scoobs,

It was a good start, but Ive found others that are better. (for me)
I'm reading a lot of stuff on co-dependency - very very helpful. Will get back to you with titles and opinions when I have more time!
It always seems impossible until it's done....

I got these CDs a while back. They helped me find buddhism. Very thankful for that!
It's nice the way the author links common problems for women, eating and overdrinking!

well this book sums up my weekend,as those 3 activities have prettymuch kept me occupied!
I have read big chunks of it in the shop and I think she has a very valid point - now
to changing it - I can't rememer what she said - wasn't it let yourself feel and express your emotions?

It's been a while since I read this. But I do remember she offers meditation exercises (I had the CDs). It's about being comfortable with yourself as you are and learning not to act on cravings. I realized these were adapted from Buddhist meditations.

            Maybe scooby can help here?
